Winnie came into SPIN with her brother Kero in February, 2025 from Newfoundland as owner surrenders. Kero was adopted in May and Winnie took a little longer to find her perfect family, but that wait was worth it! Winnie is now spelt Wynnie gets lots of humans to love and a new poodle brother Fife. We could not be happier for her! Here is the first update from her foster family:

We just brought Wynnie (Winnie) originally from Nfld to her new home with us in Nova Scotia. We are so thankful to her foster mom for her patience with introducing Wynnie to our older spoo who doesn’t get along with many dogs. We tried introducing Fife to another SPIN pup and it wasn’t a love match. Meaghan completely supported going slowly. We had three meetups, progressing a little each time. I think that and Wynnie’s temperament made all the difference. Here’s a few pictures from our meet up’s over the last week!
