Meet Allen. Allen is an owner surrender due to change of life circumstances and has been loved. He is 22 months old. He is a small, intact male who will have to be neutered after he decompresses a bit. Then he needs to learn to walk on a leash and fetch on the beach. He is not vocal and very sweet.
