I'm not quite ready to go to my new home.

Francis is an 8 month old standard poodle puppy. She is an owner surrender. And while she has been loved all of her life, she was not given much training or introduced to routines such as grooming. As a result, while cute (!) she lacks the basics. We had to shave her face for cleanliness reasons. She wasn't happy, but we did it slowly. So very, very slowly. Then fast. Then slow. Puppies. Oh the drama!
