OTTAWA, ONFrankie is an 8 year old standard poodle used in a breeding farm. She was taken out of the situation one year ago but the owner has herself run into changed life circumstances and asked if we could help. Of course. Her foster in Ottawa reports that Frankie is absolutely wonderful. She is already fully transforming into a gem of a poodle. Frankie appreciates having SPIN alumn Adelle and Emma by her side, supporting her and telling her everything is A-Okay. She is not shut down at all. Wagging her tail and quite joyful.
