Meet Galacia. Galacia was purchased from what turned out to be a puppy mill by a very well meaning person. She brought Galacia home and it soon became clear that Galacia needed more than she could provide. She asked for help and we said, of course!SPIN had no foster homes available in Eastern Canada and so, oh my gosh! Volunteers stepped up to help! One family in Nova Scotia went to pick Galacia up in New Brunswick and carried on the journey to Montreal. Amazing!Galacia is three years old. She arrived underweight and malnourished. We have whisked her off to the vet for an intensive wellness appointment. Galacia is so sweet. All she wants is love and to feel safe. And that, my friends, we can provide in spades.Welcome Galacia!
