Days in the Life of Hazel

THE FINAL CHAPTER

Well folks, today is THE day…the very last chapter in this particular saga about Hazel. Our awesome girl Hazel had a lot of followers cheering her on as she learned all the new things and shared them in her chapter posts. So many people shouting “Hooray Hazel!” and “Go Hazel!” as she learned all about being a house dog. So many of her followers reached out to offer her a new home of her very own, and for that she says a very heart felt “thank you” ❤

Matching a family and a SPIN dog is a relatively long process with many steps and volunteers involved along the way. It’s sometimes really, really tough to narrow it all down but SPIN volunteers are very diligent about making sure it’s the best fit for everyone.

Hazel is so incredibly fortunate that so many people wanted to step up for her and today we announce that she has gone to live with her new forever family! Wanda, Lorne, Will, Max and new fur brothers Comet & Bugbear have opened their home and their hearts for Hazel.

We are so happy for her! Audrey, ever the amazing buddy dog, will miss Hazel so much - they were wonderful companions for each other and Audrey always feels that foster dogs should just live here permanently. Apple & I are more realistic and recognize that this is the best thing for our friend Hazel, but we will miss her too. Here’s to the next chapter in her life..it’s going to be a spectacular read for sure!!
