I'm ready for my new family!

Meet Jersey. She is, quite frankly, perfect. Well, she's perfect in our eyes. We won't forget the first moment we met her. Immediately we could see her terrible skin condition which ran from the back of her neck to the base of her tail. There were areas on her back that were almost bald! She had matted and infected ears and we knew she'd whelped litters in the past. We'll never know how many but there she was, making money for her owner and no one thought to look after her. That all stopped the day she came to us. Actually, the minute she came to us! Our volunteers had her up on the grooming table, checked her out and treated her ears. We called the vet and they let us come right away so we could start her on some antibiotics to clear her infection. 

Jersey was timid at first; hiding behind the bushes and keeping her distance. But soon she warmed up and we discovered just how adorable she is! If you are interested in learning more about her, please contact us to start the conversation.
