I've found my furever family!

Katie came into SPIN at six years old. An owner surrender, Katie had been loved all of her life. And it showed. Katie was so sweet. But Katie had been been diagnosed with Addison's disease. And while Addison's is relatively super easy to manage, at the beginning it could be a little tricky to establish the right levels of medications to keep the dog stable and healthy for the rest of her life.  

Katie’s foster Mom was well versed in Addison’s disease in dogs and loved having Katie as a foster. Katie was just so chill. Happy to just be. And shouldn’t we all be like that? Once SPIN knew that Katie was absolutely stable on her meds, she was put up for adoption. It wasn’t too long until Carole and family stepped up for Katie. Love at first sight! Here is the note from Katie’s foster Mom: Katie left today with her adoptive family. She got along great with the poodle they already have. She had no qualms going with them. Jumped right in the vehicle and settled in for the trip.
