I've found my furever family!

Another successful SPIN adoption took place on Oct 10/23 for our Miss Lucy from Saskatchewan!

Lucy came into the foster program on Sept 12/23. She had been recently spayed and unfortunately had a severe bladder infection. A quick vet visit took place & soon she was on the mend. This girl is nothing short of perfect. She slid into our hearts and home within hours of coming to us on Sept 12/23.

Lucy is my 1st foster and will forever be my beautiful girl. To say we love her is an understatement! Lucy turned 4 on Sept 19/23 so a birthday celebration was in order. She loved her treats and gifts. We spent our days going for walks, playing in the back yard for hours, attending doggy day care & lounging around the house with foster poodle brothers Josh & Olson. As well as 2 cats. Lucy loved them all.

It took about a week till she finally was comfortable for me to leave the room she was in with out following me. She slept on our bed from day 1. I knew she needed an exceptional home and I knew in my heart where that home was. Dear friends of ours 2.5 hours away. A home visit took place in our home & they both fell in love with Lucy.

The stars aligned & they were approved for Lucy to be their new owner. With lots of tears & a more love than I ever thought possible I said ‘see you later’ to Lucy. The beautiful part of this is I can see Lucy whenever I want.  She has again found a loving, secure home with Michelle & Brad in Regina. Sk.
