Meet Mia and Kya. Two bonded sisters who were used for breeding purposes, but loved. They are three years old. Mia and Kya came into SPIN on May 5. They spent a little bit of time at BlackDog Pet Resort which helped transition them to their new life. It was here that we tested whether they are truly bonded, and yes, yes they are. So, with this in mind we sent them to a lovely foster home in Brockville for the next stage of their learning experience. Still timid. Still watchful. But that's okay. Their world, while kept small now, has slowly, slowly been opening up.These girls are the same, and different. Mia is a little more cautious in new situations but also more playful.
