This stunning 3-year-old Standard Poodle has been passed from home to home far too many times, not because he’s “difficult,” but because no one ever took the time to understand him. Underneath the instability and confusion is a sensitive, intelligent, deeply loyal dog who wants nothing more than to feel safe, connected, and truly home.

Today, after months in a patient and experienced foster home, Mozart is finally showing who he really is: affectionate in his own quiet way, eager to bond, house-trained, great with grooming and vet care, and happiest simply being near his person. He loves walks, loves routine, and loves having a safe spot to relax.

Mozart does have big feelings — separation anxiety, reactivity to some dogs, and a strong prey drive — but with structure, calm leadership, and the right training support, he is flourishing. In the right home, he will be an extraordinary companion.
