So Reggie arrived at BlackDog Pet Resort from a puppy mill. The smell on this dog was horrendous. His anus was matted with feces to the point where it would be difficult for him to defecate. His feet/pads were matted solid and also very smelly. Both ears are infected. His appetite is poor. He vomited on the way here and also a few times in the night. Urine is dark and smells foul. Most of his body was matted close to the skin and extremely filthy. You've really got to give a big hand to SPIN's transport team. Reggie was one smelly smelly boy.Good news. This boy is a complete love bug. He moved into a foster home and discovered the good life. And here is the first update from Reggie's lucky adopter. It’s been almost 8 weeks since I brought Reggie home. He’s doing amazing although there’s been a few challenges and we’re working on his separation anxiety. Today he’s enjoying our first morning at the cottage and enjoying island life!! He brings me much joy!! - Adopt
