So Reggie arrived at BlackDog Pet Resort from a puppy mill. The smell on this dog was horrendous. His anus was matted with feces to the point where it would be difficult for him to defecate. His feet/pads were matted solid and also very smelly. Both ears are infected. His appetite is poor. He vomited on the way here and also a few times in the night. Urine is dark and smells foul. Most of his body was matted close to the skin and extremely filthy.You've really got to give a big hand to SPIN's transport team. Reggie was one smelly smelly boy.Good news is this boy is a complete love bug. He moved into a foster home and discovered the good life. He follows his foster around like a lost child. He honestly just wants to be cuddled. I am not kidding you. He just wants to be close to humans and be consoled. Yes, he is anxious, but his core need is to be held and loved. He truly is amazing.
