A group of little dogs was recently released from a commercial breeding operation and many rescues are completely overwhelmed with the volume of releases lately. SPIN had an open foster home that could only take a little dog, instead of the bigger dogs they usually could, so we did a thing....

Give a big SPIN welcome to Rupert! He's a little fella and so cute! His foster Mom reports that while Rupert appears to be in need of a lot of TLC, he seems to have a fabulous spirit. We are expecting this boy to be a big character in a tiny body.
