For most of his life, Stark was a beloved family dog. When circumstances changed, his world became smaller and smaller—until he found his way to SPIN.

Today, this handsome Standard Poodle is rediscovering the joys of life. He's learning that walks are fun, new experiences aren't so scary, and there are still people worth trusting. What has never changed is his love for human companionship.

Stark is a giant cuddle bug with a huge personality and an even bigger heart. He loves being close to his people, enjoys leisurely walks, travels well in the car, and adapts surprisingly well to both city and country living. His foster family describes him as affectionate, loyal, and a joy to have around.

Like many dogs who have experienced significant upheaval, Stark has some behavioural challenges and will need a patient, committed family willing to continue his training and confidence-building journey. In return, he'll offer the kind of devotion that only a dog like Stark can give.
