I'm ready for my new family!

Meet Walter. Walter is a one year old standard poodle. An owner surrender he has been loved all of his life. And you can certainly tell! Walter is so playful and has a steady personality. We look forward to finding out more about this beautiful, bouncy boy. 

Update Nov 21 

SPIN’s Walter is doing fabulously.  Check out his fancy haircut, done for SPIN by Jamie at The Dog Parlour, which is located in Dundas, ON. Many thanks to her for another wonderful grooming job! She’s very kind and takes such patient, loving care of her patrons (both dog and human).  We’ve brought our dogs to her for years and are always so happy with their grooms.

He did so well - there was a dog behind the gate when we arrived, and Walter’s tail didn’t stop wagging while they sniffed each other.  Jaime looked up and smiled - there behind us were three people, all peeking in the window and smiling ear-to-ear at them.

When it was time to pick him up, there was a lady dropping off her dog and she couldn’t help but admire this handsome boy.  We talked about SPIN for a bit and when she was asked how she’d like her dog’s hair cut, she replied, “We’ll have The Walter cut, please.” 

“The Walter”!  He has a haircut named after him! He’s a trend-setter!  (Fellow SPINNER’s, let us know when you start to see this cut featured at the groomers near you.)

His hair is super soft and if he isn’t busy playing, he’s probably up for a scritch or a snuggle.
